Balkan Bet has applications for both Android and iOS, and the site also works in a phone browser without installing anything. Most people end up using both without deciding to, so it is worth knowing what each one is actually better at.
The one rule about downloading
Get the application from the operator site, following the link it publishes for your platform. That is the whole rule and it matters more in betting than in most categories, because a betting app holds a verified identity, a balance and a payment method — which is precisely why counterfeit ones exist.

Turn them off, or narrow them to the results of tickets you already hold. This is a small setting with a large effect: it is the difference between opening the app because you had an opinion and opening it because a notification arrived.
